Seabrook Orchards Faciltities
The Management Company is in place to facilitate the maintenance and operation of communal open spaces at Seabrook Orchards as they are developed and delivered: Orchards; Stream Corridors; Road frontage and other landscaped areas.
So far there is already a fully functioning Primary School and a Stream Corridor with a Biodiversity Nature Trail is set to open mid way through 2021.
Facility updates will appear on this website and on the notice board on Dart Avenue near the Bloor Offices. Once completed Seabrook Orchards will have the following facilities:
